Since our products are handmade, we generally require 2-5 business days for production to ensure the highest quality.

• For the U.S., U.K., and most European countries, shipping typically takes 6-10 business days.
• For other countries and regions, delivery usually takes around 8-15 business days.

We strive to ensure every product brings joy to you. If you are unsatisfied or experience an issue with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. For returns not due to order errors or quality issues, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return Process:

1. Contact us with product details and the reason for the return.
2. If approved, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
3. Return the item within 7 days, including the original packaging.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.

Non-returnable Items:

• Damaged items due to misuse, modification, or natural disasters.
• Used, washed, or incomplete items (including missing labels/stickers).
• Free gifts, custom products, and promotional items.
